Basically, I just want to address the first post Flash made after mine.
Illegal and ongoing war? well, you're wrong on both points. All those useless resolutions passed by the U.N. stated that if Iraq did not comply with the resolutions, any membernation of the U.N. could use force to make them comply. The U.S. if you didn't know is a membernation of the U.N. We enforced the resolutions they were too pussified to do.
As for ongoing, what is left is called an Occupation. These come after conflicts between two nations. Also, since war was not really declared by our Congress, these are all technically conflicts. That is just semantics really. The conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq are conflicts in a war against worldwide terroism. Maybe they haven't cited specific proof to a connection to Osama, but he did send checks to the families of suicide bombers in Palestine. Hamas is defined as a terrorist organisation by the U.N.
