Stop The Newbie Hatred
Baah i've noticed there seems to have been alot of picking on newbs recently and i'm not talking about any posters in particular but it's beginning to seem like you have to be either an icon or a complete suck up if you're gonna avoid the newbie hatred. It just seems like people are not prepared to be patient with them as they settle into the rules anymore. We all fucked up a few times when we first registered so i don't think it's fair that certain newer posters have been tracked across the boards and flamed for every post that they've made.
Not being funny but if i was a newbie now, i really wouldn't want to stick around and post on a board if i had people chasing me around telling me i spam and make no sense. Meh, i know pretty much everybody's gonna disagree with me but someones gotta stick up for the newbs.

But there are some newbies who have been given a bad rep because certain moderators hated them from the beginning. Not saying any names.....

I noticed the other day a Newbie put a request in the wrong spot and another Newbie bagged the hell out of them.
I was bagged when I first came here as I couldn't get my posts to work so I try as much as I can to help the Newbies.
Maybe the Jobber tab for user with 0-299 posts should be 49-299 posts and have a new tag of " In Training" for new users 0-49.
Depending on how much you post you can be considered a Newbie/Jobber for a long time.

I try to bare with people, but when they just don't get it, I go apeshit. I didn't take that long to catch on, but that's because I'm a genius. A lot of these people are morons and just can't change their moronic ways i.e. noipmahC EW. Only problem with me is I'm dsyelxci.

I have no problem with newbies. I'm always trying to help them with their problems, like telling them how to post pics, how to put things in their sigs, how to get an avatar, and trying to answer their numerous questions, etc. The only time I do say or do anything bad to a newbie is when they're complete idiots. Then they're kinda deserving it.
