You also can attend it considering their next iPPV is there on 3/2 and they are taping TV there the next day.

Re: I want to watch ROH.
Jahmale Hepburn uploads every Puro show (individual matches) to Dailymotion.
Full shows on Youtube: AJPW NOAH Diamong Ring/Kensuke Office Random Puro goodness See what interests you then support the promotion by buying official releases. Edit: would a new pinned topic offering a guide to keeping up to date with each promotion be a good idea? |
Re: I want to watch ROH.
Thanks, i think it's a good idea, the last few weeks i've spent more time searching for shows then watching them.

There's some full ep's from 2012 on their official youtube channel they also put up some older matches from when people like Punk,Danielson & Aries were there

Re: I want to watch ROH.
If you want something that'll culture shock you a bit, go with the Japanese stuff. I know dick about puro compared to the American stuff, so something as simple as seeing how different the presentation and commentators are, it's really cool. Right now I'm watching the NJPW Road to Destruction -- clear to me that the Japanese looked to America for its tacky, war-themed show names. (Surprised it's not Champions of Champions Tournament 2012, Night 1 of 7.)
Anyway, point I'm trying to make is in my limited viewership, this is really enjoyable stuff. You might recognize a name or two (this card has Alex Shelley, for example) and you'll see some great wrestling that is presented honestly and seriously, for the most part. Not unlike ROH. But, if you are into ROH, you can watch their show online, like the above have mentioned. We don't get the show here for whatever reason, it's pretty stupid, I know. They get it downstate in Champaign, but I haven't heard about muchwhere else. Also, do check out their live shows on the 2nd and 3rd of March. One is the Anniversary show, the other is the TV taping. I'm looking at doing GA for the former. Arrive early enough and cop a spot on top of the bleachers (so as to see better over the six to eight rows of people in front of you) and you're good to go. Seeing ROH live is still one of the best bangs for your buck in pro-wrestling, no pun intended. Front row or GA, maybe second row, but that is pushing it sometimes. Regardless of the card, you're going to have a good time. The crowds are usually pretty good, and the venue isn't bad (though I'd get in line early for the bathroom; there's only one). So, yeah. Also, if you're in the Chicago area, check out AAW sometime. If you live in the city, it's a closer drive than is ROH (Berwyn vs. Chicago Ridge), and they're a cheaper ticket, with (in my opinion) some of the best talent and stories in indy wrestling right now. Well, they're a little weak on stories, but they're more than just a "dream card" promotion. You'll see a lot of names you recognize from ROH, too. All right, OK. I'm done ranting. Enjoy the shows. |
