Another deathmatch that came to mind: Scot Summers vs Masada from TOD. Also, the finals from TOD: Europe. The Masada/Kasai match from the finals of Pain Limit could also fit in. 2012 was a pretty weak year in terms of deathmatches IMO. Not too many really memorable ones.

I'm just gonna add Hyde/Tremont from Cage of Death to cover deathmatches. Seems to have the most love on average from the ratings I dug out from people.
