If ROH Goes Under What Promotion Will Be The New Number 3?
 

If ROH goes bankrupt next year what company could you see be the new number three? I think it could be TCW AKA Traditional Championship Wrestling or Extreme Rising. Tell me your thoughts guys.

oh ok...lol yeah it is really bland...honestly havent seen much of TCW but i like what i saw...i think PWG would emerge as #3 if ROH goes under.

There are a slew of North American promotions with greater recognition than TCW, which I've never actually seen.

PWG, Chikara or DGUSA would probably be next in line I'd imagine.

I don't think it would be PWG because they don't have much interest in expanding. As great as they are running in the same venue every month or so isn't going to get them to be #3, and they're fine with that.

If ROH did go under I think we would see DGUSA/Evolve really benefit from it. Gabe would be able to pick up some of the guys that are ROH regulars and be able to book them with his American and Japanese talent. Even now the cards that he would be able to put on with both rosters is pretty incredible.

I'm only saying DGUSA/Evolve because they run in a lot of the big markets and try to appeal to the same type of fan that ROH does.

In my opinion, they are only #3 in the context of America. So if they are gone, next up is either CHIKARA, DGUSA, or if they kick it up a notch, CZW. PWG isn't built to be a number 3.

Outside of it, number three is probably TNA. NJPW is number 2.

Don't forget about AAA, which would make TNA #4 lol.

Seriously though, to echo what everyone else said, pretty much DGUSA/EVOLVE, CHIKARA or CZW. DGUSA/EVOLVE works very closely with CZW these days and I could see them taking most of the ROH market with some going to CHIKARA.
