I would like to give a BIG thanks to TelkEvolon for recommending this promotion. I wasn't sure what I would think of it when I searched for matches but I love it. It reminds me of the original ECW, only a little more extreme and a little humor too. It rocks! Does anyone else like it?
BJW is the coolest promotion on Earth (with PWG), so many awesomeness and variety on their cards, I especially love the Strong Heavyweight Division with Daiskay, Yuji, Yoshihito (the Champ), Kazuki Hashimoto, Shinobu, Ishikawa, etc. You get great (***+ at least) matches out of them on regular basis.
And of course, there are main eventers, deathmatch masters like Jun F'N Kasai (aka GOD), Numazawa, Takeda, Ito, Abby Kobayashi, Takashi Sasaki, etc.
The only thing that bothers me right now is they need to dethrone Abby Kobayashi, he's becoming borderline horrible. He can still bump and sell for others, but his offense looks terrible and unrealistic, it's not even funny anymore.
To sum up, Big Japan is balls awesome, IMO.

Recently started getting into the promotion as a whole. Always liked alot of wrestlers from there whenever id see them in CZW or wXw. Follow biggestjapan on youtube. He uploads the most recent events. I have a review of the most recent in the puro thread. EDIT. yeah, Abby has got pretty bland. Give the title to Takeda. He works his ass off. Whats up with Jun? How serious is his injury? Also, I had no clue Sasaki lost the Strong Heaveyweight Championship. *Sad panda*

Huh? Yoshihito is still the Champ.

Yeah, I like BJW too. It was one of the first promotions I got into when I started watching independent wrestling. (the first being CZW). I mainly watch the deathmatches as they're (imo) the sickest anywhere in the world that I know of. I'm not really that interested in their regular wrestlers .. for some reason I just stick to mainly US Indy wrestling and WWE/TNA for regular matches.
Jun Kasai is definitely my favorite BJW wrestler along with Ryuji Ito and Yuko Miyamoto. How those guys haven't gotten career ending injuries is incredible. I have a ton of old BJW deathmatch compilations on dvd, mainly from the time when Zandig/Gage/Wifebeater were in Japan, that shit is 100% legit awesomeness.

Big Japan is awesome. I don't watch as much of them as they should due an annoying language barrier. I've seen a lot of their guys when they came to the US last December which was pretty awesome and the few shows that I've seen were pretty great as well.
I was following them a lot more until all the shit went down the megaupload and similar websites fucked up the multimedia section.
I'll have to check out biggestjapan on youtube as well.
If you guys have not watched it yet, watch Jun Kasai vs Ryuji Ito from 2009. Possibly my favorite match ever, and I was a BJW mark before you all jumped on the bandwagon.
