LOL: To my knowledge, those three guys have never had a triple threat match, but every two-man combination has, all of which are well-regarded to one degree or another.
Styles vs. Daniels vs. Samoa Joe from TNA's Unbreakable
pay-per-view (9-11-2005) is generally considered the best match in TNA history; they had a rematch for the world title four years later (11-15-2009) that was almost as good.
Ki vs. Daniels vs. Bryan Danielson/Daniel Bryan from the first ROH show ever is a very good match, but ROH has bettered it at least a dozen times over, and many other indys have as well.
Styles vs. Ki vs. Paul London from ROH's one-year anniversary show was very highly-regarded at the time, but hasn't aged especially well in the estimation of most.
Styles vs. Ki vs. Jerry Lynn was another triple-threat combination that TNA got a lot of mileage out of in its first year; they had a three-man ladder match on one of the weekly ppvs that blew everybody away at the time, but its reputation has dropped considerably in the ensuing years. I personally still think it's pretty great.
