Smile My Interview with Head NXT Trainer Robbie Brookside

He was in Scotland training the Source Wrestling School and I got the amazing opportunity to film a training session and a sit down interview with him, the man is a legend of the business. He's been a wrestler for 32 years and he knows everything there is to know, he is responsible for nurturing the NXT Talent and it's worth it for any Wrestling Fan to watch and take notes.

He's pretty well known over here. He mostly wrestles around the country for various small wrestling promotions. I've seen him wrestle many times years ago at my local wrestling event that they hold every month.

Good interview. I've been thinking about trying to get into shape and then going to the Source Wrestling School and this made me want to go even more. Especially since he'll probably have some amusing stories to tell about other wrestlers.. Mainly ones named Regal..

I've trained at the Source School many times and will be again after college, I recommend getting ready now and going because trust me if you aren't in shape that is the quickest way to do it. They push you really hard but never judge or embarrass you, everyone is a team player and they help motivate you to get there. I have money issues at the moment but I will be going back ASAP.

I'm definitely going to work up to getting in there. I've heard and read good things about the school and if it's true that guys like Prince Devitt, Mikey Whiplash and of course Robbie Brookside make an appearance every so often, I'm definitely wanting to go there as it'll be a great experience.

Whiplash is there weekly, Devitt comes twice a year and Brookside is more of a rare occurrence. Where are you from?

Still, even if it's a rare occasion from two out of three of them, it's an awesome experience.

Perth.
