Hadn't heard of him before he was mentioned last week that he may be signed. Looked up some of his promos and I'm pretty impressed, seems like a good signing. Also, he reminds me alot of Jason Sudeikis (Which is a good thing) both his looks and the way he talks, its uncanny.

Now lets see wwe sign Brian Cage so we can watch this wondeful moveset, or at least part of it, in the wwe.
Agreed there... some of those are pretty damned cool.
Don't know much about Ricker's in-ring work, but his mic work looks sharp. Considering the WWE seems to value the mic over ring, he should be in good shape. Should be fun to watch, NXT is outstripping raw and SmackDown so much now it's getting comical.
He was hinting at 2013 being his year, and that big things were on the horizon, but I honestly assumed he meant TNA (considering he had a tryout with them sometime last year). I believe Paul Bearer's last TV appearance was as Ricker's manager, so I'm wondering how much of an influence Bearer had on Ricker getting signed. Either way, great catch by WWE.
Well, prior to the news of him getting signed to WWE came out, he was officially announced as a contestant on The Rock's new TNT reality show.
I think him appearing on The Rock's reality show played a big role. That show is going to get him a lot of exposure in the states and once his ready for WWE, people already know him. I suspect The Rock sending his word of approval too and the fact that Ricker has the look and promo ability and was managed by the late Paul Bearer, he got signed.
I hope him the best.
For some reason I can see him pairing with Sandow as a tag team.
Gorgeous George ingrained it into pop culture, Sammartino built MSG, Andre became a global phenomenal, Hogan created two booms, Piper opened the doors to Hollywood, Austin took it to its very peak and The Rock, well he transcended them all.
