Prince Devitt NXT worthy?

I happen to think this guy is talented, and although his mic skills probably aren't the best he falls in to the same category as Adrian Neville. He is just a solid overall talent that I feel is strong enough in the ring to make a name for himself in the WWE, but first on NXT. There is always room for improvement, and that's what NXT is for. I feel that he should be signed, and given a deal. His work with PAC is amazing.

Re: Prince Devitt NXT worthy?

He's really good from what I've seen of him. I saw him wrestle live once and it was a pretty great match. That being said I just don't see it working out for someone like him. He's a guy that is really talented but the way he works isn't what WWE would be looking for. He's not someone with this huge character like El Generico or someone that seems to tell stories in his matches. He falls into the category with guys like Davey Richards and Eddy Edwards for me. Hey if I'm wrong I would be happy frthe guy but I just don't see it happening.

You mentioned Pac but they are really different wrestlers. Some of the stuff Pac can do in the ring is amazing and there are only a select few guys in the world that pull that stuff off. I don't think Devitt fits into that category either.

I also think he's doing really well on his own right as he pretty much wrestles exclusively overseas (unless I miss something happening with him in the last year or so).

NXT worthy? What? He's WWE worthy. The question is: Is WWE Prince Devitt worthy?

I accept Hayley Williams rep.

Re: Prince Devitt NXT worthy?

As mentioned, I've read up about him and I can't see him leaving NJPW.

Then again, who knows, if he's guaranteed a fair opportunity then I think he could do it.

I would rather see him stay in NJPW though, tearing it up.

Devitt is an awesome talent but I definitely wouldn't like to see him leave NJPW. He's in a very good spot right now there.

I think that's pushing it a bit far. I say NXT worthy because it's the who's who of independent talent right now. Some of the hottest names out of that scene came through NXT, formerly FCW. I happen to like Prince Devitt, and I do think he is definitely a talent they should sign.
