PAC debut

How did he do? I've seen some of his matches and the moves he does are insane

It wasn't a long match, about four minutes. Was pretty back and forth but he shown a lot of athleticism with a few handsprings. He got a huge pop for the ending of the match (Corkscrew shooting star press)and Regal put him over on commentary a hell of a lot. I hate his new name though. Adrian Neville :side:

It was a good match, surprised he was actually allowed to use the corkscrew shooting star. But his name definitely has to change... When the fans started chanting 'Neville!' all I could think of was Harry Potter... Also I'm hoping with the likes of PAC, Generico etc. being signed that the WWE bring back the cruiserweight championship!

Im not really that surprised. If they were to hype him up as this big aerial threat and one of the best highflyers in the world, and he just used a standard Shooting Star Press, it'd be a bit of a letdown. What would make him any different to Evan Bourne, Paul London, Billy Kidman and Juventud? Saying that though, I still marked when I saw it.

I might be unpopular for saying this, but I was a little disappointed with his debut. We know he's capable of doing amazing things (and the corkscrew SSP certainly is), but the match felt really flat to me until the finish. I think he's probably going to need a little time to adjust, but he definitely will need to work a crowd better than he did this week. He was most likely nervous and he's talented enough to make it, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt in his first WWE match.

I felt the same, I was hoping for a little more but it was great to see him debut. But yeah his name is terrible and I don't really understand all these new stars coming up with such generic names. I guess this could be for another thread, mbut Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose and now Adrian Neville. What ever happened to the Hulk hogans, the Razor Ramon's as far as names go.

I wasn't that shocked to see him hit the corkscrew ssp. Pacs has that safe and flawless execution so I'd say he'll be let keep the majority of his move set. Just don't expect the Shooting Star Knee Strike soon. :p

Re: PAC debut

Pac was fantastic, he only got around 5 minutes to show his stuff but he got enough in to really show his quality. I'd never noticed it before, until Regal mentioned it but he really reminds me of the Dynamite Kid, especially in the way that he does the kind of hand-stand flip as a transition between moves, fantastic stuff.

I literally cannot wait to see more of him in the WWE, as in the past I'd see maybe 1 match every 3 months from him.
