Families of Wrestling tournament?

I thought of an idea to set up for the next contender for the NXT title which is now held by Big E Langston. How about a tournament that includes wrestlers who are next generation wrestlers only? This sets up an angle where a heel like Corey Graves, or Kassius Ohno claim that this is wrong, and deliberate. Basically gives the heel something to bitch about, and how they missed a chance to become the 3rd ever NXT Champion. With the amount of stars the WWE has they could easily pull this off.

Justin Gabriel
Michael McGillicutti
Primo Colon
Memo Montenegro (Del Rio's brother)
Bo Dallas
Jake Carter
Richie Steamboat
Ted DiBiase

Re: Families of Wrestling tournament?

Not a bad idea, but I think Ohno will be moving up around the time a new champion is crowned anyway. Bronson and Graves can make it work.

And of the guys you listed the only ones with enough build in NXT to be a legitimate champion would have to be Ted DiBiase Jr, Bo Dallas and Steamboat.
