Lordsofpain.net is reporting

For months, WWE has been discussing ideas for Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins to be called up to the main roster and compete on Raw or Smackdown. According to several sources, they are still deciding how to debut these two future stars. Ambrose and Rollins are considered to be the top two future superstars, and have a lot of stock put into both of these guys for the long haul.

Seth Rollins currently holds the NXT Championship title, but has been talk of him dropping it before the end of the year. It is being said that as soon as he drops the belt, he will immediately be thrown onto Raw or Smackdown. As for Ambrose, they are still looking for the right person and right feud for him to begin his WWE career.

Lordsofpain.net is reporting the same thing as well as wrestlezone with a more detailed report on it!

I seriously hope this finally happens but I'm not holding my breath.

Do you have a source that is better than the dirtsheets? I'd love to see it so that I can join in on making fun of these people that believe the only source of wrestling news they can get!

I can see Punk vs. Foley for TLC and have Ambrose debut then, but I'm sure that the Foley/Ambrose feud will never happen, so whatever.

This is old news, they been searching blindly for an idea to get the guys into the main roster for fucking months, Foley would have done it if Ambrose hadnt pushed it to far, would have been an easy high profile in... but we'll see what creative can come up with now...

Wyatt is obviously still injured, hence is role on NXT simply furthering his character in promos and standing aside for the rest of the 'Wyatt Family.'

Ambrose debuting at Survivor series would be sweet but only if Team Ziggler is to win. Ambrose debuting unknown to a vast majority of fans and getting eliminated wouldnt look good for him IMO, which is the same for Fandango... Tensai will replace Rhodes if he cant compete as it doesnt matter if he takes a fall in the team but he has monster credibility to be in the team and be a threat.

WWE are definitely making the right move with Ambrose. He does have enough talent to get over on his own but he's only going to get better so why not wait & pull the trigger on something big?

Call them all up.

Dean Ambrose = This guy can jump straight into a big storyline if they do it right.
Seth Rollins (Just call him Tyler Black)= He reminds me of a CM Punk in 2006.
The Ascention = We need a fresh new tag team and these are it.
Bray Wyatt = We need something like this on TV.
Big E Langston = The whole gimmick is good.
Derrick Bateman = As the USA gimmick.

Well Ambrose does dark matches with the Raw brand already right? They know his abilities and his potential, so they're definitely playing it smart by being patient. Yeah I used to be a hardcore mark for him, but I've calmed down and I'm more patient for a debut. He shouldn't get thrown into a main event feud right away with someone or something stupid. They need to do it smart, HHH should be in charge of how Ambrose is used imo, cause Vince is senile. So, he isn't on NXT, but he's with the Raw brand on tour and shit so I mean it's not like he's not doing anything, he's very much in view of all the right people and the important people.

Rollins is the next Jeff Hardy, without the drugs(hopefully). He definitely will get over easily with the crowd, he is not terrible on the mic, he obviously needs some work on it, but he's not at a John Morrison or Jeff Hardy level, and he's good in the ring, so he's definitely a great asset for the future as well.

It'd be awesome seeing Rollins and Ambrose have a feud like a few years down the line, once they're established, that like incorporates some indy rivalry they've had since they were younger, and how one keeps trying to be better than the other, etc.

edit: And when they say soon, I really hope it means like, RR at the latest or something, not another 4 months.

Wait, they're actually thinking how to debut them? Is the trusted Feed Jobbers From Weeks to Months Then Something formula showing signs of incapability to put talent over? MY GOD IT CAN'T BE. But I guess 'how' translates to 'when'. What's the right timing to pull the trigger on the jobber cannon.

I honestly have little to no faith in their future. You can be an excellent talent but never amount to anything thanks to the clusterfuck booking.

I totally forgot about the Ambrose/ Foley stuff...In that case, Ambrose debuting at SS to replace Rhodes would be awesome, reignite the feud they had but just keep some of the more sensitive stuff (like Foley's kids, if Foley did have a problem with it) out of it. Then set it up for Ambrose to wrestle Foley at TLC if he isnt gonna wrestle Punk.

As much as I like Ambrose there's a 0% chance he will be in Team Ziggler and an even lesser chance he and Foley will ever have a match together. Foley isn't wrestling ever again. People need to let it go.

It's clear to me they see value in both Ambrose and Rollins. It will happen when it happens when it comes to both of them. Rollins needs to improve on the mic so having him on NXT as the champ is a good way of developing that. Ambrose needed to bulk up. Putting him on the RAW tour/NXT house shows helps him do that. Outside of the two of them (and the divas) there really isn't anyone in NXT ready to make the jump into the main roster yet. They would flounder pretty quickly and who knows Rollins and Ambrose might flounder too. I'd rather WWE be more protective of two people that they see future value in that just be like BAWH GAWD A RANDOM MAN OUT OF NO WHERE SON OF A BITCH WHAT A SLOBBERKNOCKER.
