Why does it seem like this when WWE puts matches on Main Event?
I don't get Main Event(and most of "WWE Universe" doesn't either). But it sucks finding out that matches like Barrett-Sheamus(happening in England) and now tag title match, are both happening on a show like Main Event, while Raw/SD we're stuck seeing Great Khali,Brodus Clay and others...
I would argue at this point it's more relevant than Smackdown.
I realise where they're going and that WWE will push Roman Reigns straight to the top. However for me, Dean Ambrose is by far the most talented in that group and I think eventually if they just give him the spotlight then he's going to shine. As soon as he touches a mic everyone else can just sit down as he's magic on it. So It remains to be seen, I think they're all talented but to me Dean was the star of that group. I think Roman looks like the star of that group but I don't think he's nearly as talented as Dean.
You're nuts. All they are doing is putting one big match on the show each week in a desperate attempt to get ratings and not be just another 3rd tier show.
But that's 1 bigger match than on Raw or Smackdown. That's what I'm trying to say. The fact that they can suddenly come up with a good match for this show, yet put on multiple terrible matches to Raw/SD cards
No, no show will ever be made more important than RAW.
RAW and SD are still more important because they reach a larger audience and are household names. It's also the place where most storylines are furthered. The reason Main Event is getting these matches is because they just started airing, and there was a report not too long ago that the network it airs on is paying the WWE quite a bit of money so they expect quality matches back, not Superstars 2.0.
