Now these are the kind of spoilers I can appreciate....sounds good. Can't wait to see if Christian can carry Kozlov like no other and apparently Benjamin vs Yoshi was good and the crowd loved it. Katie Lea losing? BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Nikki Bella and the other one did a short promo before their match basically reminding us that they're twins. Thanks, ladies. Katie Burchill seemed to me to be doing her best Daffney impersonation. Nikki botched a spot where she was tossed over the top rope and was supposed to land on the apron, but she lost her balance and landed butt first on the floor. Bella won with the switcheroo with Brie.
Shelton and Yoshi had a nice match with no comedy. Both guys had their fans too, but Bakersfield is a VERY face-oriented crowd, so I'd expect the chants I heard of Let's go Shelton to be drowned out.
Ezekiel Jackson beat a jobber named Jack something. Justin Roberts is almost indecipherable at times, so I didn't catch the guys last name. A big group in the front, camera-side, were chanting "Let's go jobber", but it didn't help.
I didn't think Abraham Washington and Tommy Dreamer's talk was boring. Washington is trying to be Arsenio Hall and calling Tommy fat and old, while Tommy's talking about the heritage of ECW and all the greats that came through it, including Jericho, Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero (who got a tremendous pop).
Christian beat Kozlov to become #1 Contender and get a shot at Dreamer at Night of Champions. This match was pretty good too. Dreamer was on commentary. And so you know, Kozlov did smile sometimes, but the partisan Bako crowd didn't care and booed him heartily.
Maybe we'll see Sheamus on Superstars. Don't worry, he'll be big in no time.
This edition looks good. Still funny to me that a FCW jobber is over after one "match" and can go toe to toe with a former Tag Team, Intercontinantal and US Champion. Strange world, but maybe he fits into this PG Era too perfectly and he can be what Funaki always failed on. A comedy wrestler who still can have competitive matches.
Good to see Zeke being called up. I'd like him to face Kozlov tbh. Speaking of him: Why does he have good matches with Dreamer or Christian, but not with Taker or HHH?

Abe is Damn good with the stick, but he is only doing the talk show thing because Jenny Cash got hurt as that is her gig. If she was healthy I think she would be doing it, Abe would be the President(GM), and Tiffany would be wrestling with Katie and the Bellas while waiting for Angela and Beverly to get called up.
Gin, the Koslov ???
He has better matches now because he is working his style and gimmick that he used in developmental since coming to ECW. On SD they didn't let him be him, but now they are.
The ones who got to be themselves were Swagger, Kofi, Bourne, MVP, Punk, and The Hart Dynasty.
The Bellas, Burchills, Koslov, Ryder, and Dolph didn't but are all reverting to their old developmental gimmicks and are succeeding because of it.
The new call ups are also using their current FCW gimmicks besides Abe and Tiffany which I touched on.
No wonder Washingtons little talk show was boring if it was like this weeks.
Cant wait to see the Shelton/Yoshi match though.
Still no Goldust on ECW. I hope he has a match on Superstars next week.
