So, NXT has on the house show roster 3 big men (those guys that vince likes), Cezar Bononi, King Constantine and Tino Sabbatelli. Who do you think will succed?

Never really seen any of 'em, but after a quick google search...
Bononi is Brazilian and his twitter is almost entirely Portuguese, so he'll most likely get stuck in one of those 'big bad foreign heel' roles Vince loves so much, which is sad because from what I saw, he throws one of the meanest chokeslams I've ever seen.
Constantine is a legitimate amateur wrestler which means he's probably good in the ring, but he's also Serbian, so he'll probably end up just like Bononi.
Tino, from what I could tell from Breaking Ground, is more or less another generic NFL reject with no charisma. The man looks fuckin' great though, but he's got the personality of a sack of wood chippings. That being said, he'll be an 8x WHC.

I've seen Sabbatelli and Constantine working but not Bononi.

Constantine has serious Main Roster potential. Yup, he will get cast as foreign heel but he could develop that role into a major one somewhere between Darth Vader and a Bond film villain. He's big but still very mobile and has the instinctive foundation that an ammy wrestler brings. Getting strong booking already.

Sabbatelli. Learning fast for a football guy and can do the arrogant thing well. Also getting strong booking up the card. He does lose but mainly to stars. Mic skills not really tested

There are a few others: Miley, Moss and Kingdon for example. Miley is not as far advanced as you might expect but has had some injuries. He has a "unique" look and could easily be an MR star. Moss is developing very fast and already on tours. Kingdon is still pretty limited and I can't see ever being stellar "in-ring skills" but is OK and is essentially John Cena II. Could see him feuding with Constantine if he can get enough basic skills.

On a wider point, it is these guys that the PC has to push if the PC is going to justify its existence. They need to show that they are better at developing MR-quality talent than the (much cheaper) FCW/NXT warehouse in Tampa. That did pretty well in bringing indy stars into RAW. The PC needs to be taking the standout athletes from other sports with size/ability/charisma not available on the indies and making them into MR-potential wrestlers or what's the point?
