Usually they keep everything on the tapings hush hush. I guess they wanted to be the first to drop the scoop for the sake of exposure. It's a good marketing strategy, I guess. Just ruins the element of surprise. Way more casuals follow WWE on Twitter than dirtsheets.
Just give him a mic every week and you'll see why TNA fans loved the guy. He killed pretty much every role TNA gave him from stable leader (Revolution was a garbage stable but he made it relevent for awhile)to fan favorite beer drinking ******* :austin
I think he might be getting some kind of coaching/part time wrestling role there. Dude is 38 and I don't think he wants the main roster schedule. I'm just speculating though.
I find it surprising that the WWE acknowledged him as a former world champion. Either way he's a good hand with excellent mic skills. He will be very helpful in helping to fill the void left by Dusty in promo class.
I'm very happy with this. A lot of the new guys they bring in are so interchangeable- all great in the ring, lacking good mic skills. James Storm is a tough as nails brawler, who loves drinking beer and fighting, and he's got great mic skills. He'll help in building up any feud he's in.
If only they could get Roode too and reform Beer Money. Best tag team in North America in the last 10 years :mark:
They try it everytime but with the internet its near impossible unless its a shock live TakeOver debut but even then like with Raw etc people find out earlier in the day. We are kinda doomed when it comes to movies in that department as well >.<.
I really REALLY love this. Another major TNA talent that was always given the short stick that deserved so much damn more.
Daaammmnnnn i'm surprised James Storm is in NXT. Surely they can't have any more TNA talent in NXT. After Joe and Storm, if there were any more then NXT would just be known as the TNA leftovers the same way TNA was known for WWE leftovers.
At 38 I don't see Storm being the type of talent to be brought up to the main roster in a year or so. I think it's probably more like a Rhyno type deal where he's there to help younger talent, add to the starpower of NXT and also be able to do indy shows.
I think he will be like Rhyno and Kendrick where they will be limited in ring besides to establish the top of NXT as well as give guys who are green someone who can walk them through a match and help with training.
