I dont get it. The guy is a golden gloves boxing champion. Has bjj experience and was an all american football player. Why in the hell is he booked as a generic power house wrestler? From the little ive seen of him he has amazing footwork and seems really explosive and atlethic. I get that he,s green but still he has 2 years of experience and should be able to do alot more. He started around the same time as charlotte and she,s one of the better workers of the women. He should be coming out in mma gloves and a mouthpiece, get a mohawk and use more striking and grappling moves. A silent killer. Chuck Lidell thats what he should be but instead he,s slow and boring. Why? Makes no sense.

Its the oldschool wwe way of booking these power house faces I guess. Ive watched interviews of the guy and he,s a pretty natural talker. He has that no fucks given vibe that I love yet they make him come out like a freaking robot. One facial expression one move. Kinda same problem reigns suffers who,s also a way more natural talker outside of wwe. Stop overprotecting the guys and let them go. I think Corbin with his background could be huge but the inring style needs to change. The slow monotone entrance needs to change. His gear cmon tight leather panths? If anything he should wear similair gear to lesnar or even aba taker. Talk about wasting talent.

Yeah I get that but its been 2 years in nxt. Compare that to Angle who was a worldchamp 2 years in. Maybe not a fair comparison but I think he could be so much more. Both as a worker and a character.

Isn't it generally the black guys they give the "dangerous boxer" gimmick? Also too i can't imagine them wanting to give away big shows knockout punch. Or takers body shots...

might freshen him up a bit. The football things been done to death though. I'd like to see them play off the boxing angle. Maybe have him start tying guys up in the clinch and have him use a little dirty boxing. Low blows, head buts, elbows, and everything else frowned upon in boxijg

can you have an in-ring style when your matches are all less than a minute squash matches?

:jericho2:jericho2:jericho2

here's his in-ring style.: he does something and his opponent lays down and the ref counts to 3. oh my god, he's so polarizing. the fans hate him, but he doesn't care cuz he's now a heel so the reaction makes sense for his character.

:booklel:booklel:booklel

he's shit and can't wrestle. a fucking very very poor man's roman reigns without the athleticism or look. he's garbage.

In house show matches, Corbin is OK - better than on tv but not great. He needs to stop the squashes asap. End of Days is one of the less 'realistic' finishers that needs to have some unexpected timing to work. It is starting to look dumb now you know exactly when it's coming.
Corbin's opponent needs to be a good wrestler to express his silent badass style and make it look impressive. They are missing CJ Parker, Dillinger has got his own run now and there aren't many candidates. Crowe could do it but he is probably destined for less jobber roles on NXT. A mechanic could do it. Don't know enough about Tischer yet but he might be able.
