It's a simple show with atleast one awesome match per week. Some of the talent is really good. Zayn and the Ascension has been on my list for awhile. I'm starting to warm up to Breeze and the Vaudevillans as well. I also like the potential of what Crowe, Steen, Devitt and KENTA can bring to the table. Hopefully soon.

With Sara del Ray training the women, we will absolutely see properly trained, quality "women wrestlers" come forward. Not aspiring models/actresses portraying a Diva until they get noticed & hired outside of WWE. (We have Total Divas to 'thank' for Eva Marie and Jojo. If Sara del Ray has been working with those two, she must be pulling her hair out. lol)

I like that they don't try to blow their load every single week and they take a slow and steady approach to build ups. It is also refreshing that it is a one hour show with squash matches, character building segments, and that most everything makes at least some kind of logical sense.

The commentary is also not annoying. They aren't great, but I'd much rather have that rotating team over the earsplitting awfulness that we get on Raw from the Three Stooges.

And I like most of the wrestlers. NXT has proven to be a successful system for developing guys for the main roster and the current crop has some good talents in there and is about to get better when Steen, Devitt, and Kenta show up.

As for right now, I enjoy Tyler Breeze alot and he really impressed me right from the first time I saw him. Sami Zayn has a big Indy reputation obviously and has more than lived up to the hype. He's great. Tyson Kidd contributes tot he best of his abilities. Not the best talker, but is a good hand. I like Bull Dempsey and his old school bruiser type of style. I like The Ascension's presentation. The talents themselves are still a little green, but they are booked exceptionally well and cool to watch because of it. I think the Vaudevillains are hilarious. And the women are typically really good, like Charlotte and Bayley.

Even the main roster guys that make special appearances come off better in NXT than they typically do on Raw, like Summer Rae, Adam Rose, and Bo Dallas. That whole Keystone Cops bit they did with Bo a while back was hilarious. It really made me want to go back and watch his run as NXT Champion because that must have been a hoot.

I could sit here talking nicey nice about NXT all day, but the best way to sum it up is that it is just fun to watch, and it is nice to watch WWE Programming that doesn't showcase many of the pitfalls with modern day wrestling programming.

And maybe the most important point. Kevin Dunn's fingerprints are nowhere near NXT. That's why it feels/looks fresh to us.

At first I began watching NXT as a break from the main shows but it is simply too good to call it just that. Sometimes NXT is actually better than the main shows despite also being part of the WWE which is a strange and kind of counter-productive situation.

And the star power is becoming more and more insane... Steen, Devitt, Kenta, Zayn......

I only watch the live special events. The roster is pretty terrible right now and certainly doesn't bode well for the future. Hopefully things will pick-up when Devitt, Kenta, Steen, etc. all debut at which point I might start watching the weekly episodes.

I like that the Divas get substantial storylines. Sasha Banks is my favorite on the show, and at this point I'd prefer she stay at NXT than get promoted.

Having watched all NXT episodes since moving to Full Sail, I became emotionally invested in the NXT hopefuls. I feel proud when a talent finally makes it to the main WWE roster. I am already emotionally invested in the recent signees that have not even debuted yet. I am sure I had a few joyful tears when the first NXT Champion Seth Rollins and NXT Womens Champion Paige were crowned. I felt extreme pride when I watched Cesaro/Sami Zayn put on some of the best matches under the WWE umbrella.
Pretty much this, and also, HHH has more respect towards the diva's in NXT and actually let them wrestle for a real championship match for 20 minutes! Vince will only give us that like a once/twice a year in the main roster because he doesn't want the diva's outshine their male wrestling counterparts.

I also want to add, that NXT is full of fresh hungry wrestlers who want to make it in the WWE, and want to make every match they put on a good match, in the main roster WWE leans mostly on 30 something and even early 40 year old wrestlers who can still give their best if they want but not as much as the young talent. A good example is the match Ambrose and Rollins had on RAW that was a goddamn PPV worthy match and pissed on everything Cena, Orton and Kane had done the entire year.

It's that moment when an iconic Superstar emerges and the crowd is instantly ignited into a deafening roar. The fans can feel the adrenaline surging through the stands and they realize they are each a part of the spectacle, a part of the phenomenon, a part of the thrill of wrestling. Each of them will forever be able to say... I Was There."
