Smile Brazilian talent

As noted, William Regal was in Brazil last weekend to scout talents for WWE and attended the FILL Double Impact event and the BWF Called To Fight event. Regal was joined by WWE Director of Talent Canyon Ceman.
WWE hopes to find some Brazilian wrestlers with potential and bring them to the United States because Brazil is an emerging economic market and is high on WWE's list of places they think they can make good money in.

There are rumors coming out of Brazil that Regal and Ceman were high on Brazilian wrestlers Insano Igor, Max Miller, Tim Anderson, Brutus e Xandao, Sonico, Tytan, Prodan and Pezao. Those wrestlers are rumored for a future tryout at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.

- Danny Burch, who was released from NXT last week, tweeted the following:

"Had a great 2 years. Here's to the next chapter of Martin Sone/Danny Burch"

"Thank you to everyone who has become a close part of my life in the last two years. No regrets, i had a blast and here's to the future"

Re: Brazilian talent

Nice to see that it seems Burch left on good terms and showing some class. I liked him and wouldn't object to him having another go in NXT down the line.

Can see a Ken Shamrock/Steve Blackman-esque gimmick on a Brazilian. Quiet (also hides possible bad English) but deadly, playing up Brazil's love of MMA.

Re: Brazilian talent

MMA is the big thing in Brazil, not pro wrestling. Getting some Brazilian stars in there would go a long way towards helping their reputation down there.

Re: Brazilian talent

Brazil has a solid WWE following. Not big but they're very dedicated. The country is huge so there's lots of potential but they love MMA more than anything (except football of course) and that could hurt WWE. As far as talent goes I don't know anyone except Kafu who used to be in FCW in 2009 if I remember correctly.

Please let Chad Gable & Jason Jordan vs Dash & Dawson be a best of 7 series

Re: Brazilian talent

Being from Brazil, i think the MMA gimmick could work if they sign the right person. A football (soccer) player character.

I have been to a BWF show and Xandão has the most potencial, I'm surprised they didn't pick up Zumbi, he wears a mask and has a capoeira (also big in Brazil) and high flying mix.

He has experience in Mexico and had a try-out a couple years back.

Bring over some models while you're at it.

It's now very common to hear people say, 'I'm rather offended by that.' As if that gives them certain rights. It's actually nothing more... than a whine. 'I find that offensive.' It has no meaning; it has no purpose; it has no reason to be respected as a phrase. 'I am offended by that.' Well, so fucking what.
