Generico just got there. He's got at least 6 months before they put him on TV.

Richie Steamboat needs to do some dark matches and at least get on the tour. He's too young for much more than that, but he needs to get in front of some bigger crowds.

I just dont see them calling up a lot of guys this year. im not saying the E wont call up anyone just not as many as this past year. they had a lot of people called up to the main roster this year. they also signed a lot of good/young talent so i think that they will take the time to get the new/young guys accustomed to the style of wrestling the E wants.

Gareth Mallroy

Kruger, Wyatt Family and Graves. All three are ready and all three are versatile.

O'Brian needs more time to settle into his gimmick. It's clear that Cameron was the one who was really immersed into it.

Ohno has been injured and he still needs to work his current character better. He's pretty boring in the ring as well.

Steamboat is a hell no. Jesus, at least Dallas is lively and energetic. Steamboat can't talk to save his life. Ohno was right when he said he doesn't have a lot of potential.

Neville and Grey need more time. Just because he's some indy star doesn't make him qualified to be on the main roster. He needs to settle into a single style, get a character or at least some time of routine going first.

Agreed with all of this, although I'd give Graves a little more time because ATM he has a physique like Shannon Moore and I could see that holding him back on the main roster, I'm not saying I want him to become a jacked-up roidhead but he could do with being a little less slender.

Graves has a beautiful physique for what he does. If he got all swole, it would not enhance his presence at all. He's not a 'WWE gym boy' in his character, so why on earth would he look like one?
