Look up Sterling James Keenan. looks-wise, he's basically a clone of Punk, but they've worked together many times on the indies before now. They would make a good tag-team, in fact:
On April 26, 2006, Keenan and CM Punk lost a dark match to The Gymini prior to the SmackDown taping
The thing is, I'm not really familiar with his work, but I heard of his name when he was in the indies. I had no idea who Corey Graves was, and it was only after I saw the "Stay Down", on his knuckles, that I realised it was SJK.

Re: Corey Graves
Yep. Corey Graves is more of a 'the look' kind of guy rather than a 'the character' kind of guy. He's definitely in my 'stop talking and just be pretty' file. Better than competent wrestler, though.

Re: Corey Graves
I haven't watched one second of his WWE-tenure as I only realised yesterday who he was when looking at the roster. He wrestled as Sterling James Keenan in the indies and I was a big fan. In reply to the OP question, mother of Christ he's better than Bo Dallas. Dallas is a waste of space.

that's exactly how I was. I knew him well on the indies, had a sick finisher, but he wasn't a favorite of mine like Moxley, Black, Claudio, and Hero, so I eventually stopped following him.

Re: Corey Graves
WOW.. a few months back I got to thinking what ever happen to Sterling James Keenen he was a name I heard alot during the rise of Punk/Danielson at local shows and seemed to be the next big thing but never made it to large Indy fame... now i know what happen to him, never realized it. From what I remeber of his work it was good. Hope he makes it to the main roster.

Re: Corey Graves
He'll be WWE's new Jeff Hardy.
That thought immediately popped into my head the moment I saw him in FCW. This dude will be a big deal once they debut him.

Graves is a better talker than Rollins, though Rollins isn't bad.

In what way? I don't see the similarities in their mannerisms, ring style, or mic work. Tattoos?
