Kassius Ohno, for sure. He was always a great wrestler, of course, but he's adapted to the WWE style really well, like Antonio Cesaro.
Bring him up ASAP.

Re: Who do you think ready for the main roster?
Bray Wyatt and his 'Family' need a little more tuning. By April 2013 they should be ready.
Kassius Ohno would be a decent choice, Leo Kruger, Corey Graves and Bronson.
Ohno needs a little work as well, but he's nearly there.
Kruger can start off with his South African Gentleman gimmick and then slowly turn crazy and become the Game Hunter.
Bronson and Graves have the skills for the main roster, they just need a little direction on their gimmicks.
After Wrestlemania 29 would be a good time to get some of these guys up there. Struggling talents with main event capabilities like ZIggler, Barrett and the Miz should be straightened out by then with stories, titles etc. Debuting new talent around then when things are more settled would be good for all the talent.

I agree with all of this.
Speaking of Wyatt's Family, I see a tag team of Harper and Rowan as the best big man tandem since Kronik and probanly even better. Harper/Brodie Lee's work on the indies speaks for itself. I think it would take a bit of time for the WWE Universe to warm up to his style like it has with Cesaro. Rowan reminds me of an updated version of Nailz which is awesome. Along with the Waylon Mercy gimmick, Nailz was another character I always thought could be reincarnated today and possibly succeed. Rowan has that style and look including the ring attire to pull it off.

Re: Who do you think ready for the main roster?
I don't get what's with everybody rushing Paige. She's only 20 for Christ's sake. Besides, it's not like she's going to debut and all of a sudden she's putting on 10+ minute matches with the likes of Natalya. She still has time to develop.
I wanna see Husky Harris' new gimmick. I think it's pretty unique. As a matter of fact I think the NXT guys have more personality and character than the midcarders on the main roster, Would also like to see The Ascension get called up, afterall we're trying to rebuild the tag division right?
As for Hero- FUCK HERO! Nah, I'm jk but I really don't care for him much.

Re: Who do you think ready for the main roster?
Bray Wyatt
Kassius Ohno
Paige
Bo Dallas, Cody Graves and Leo Kruger are almost there, but they just need a bit more time to get their gimmicks sorted.
Thats it right now imo
