Marked huge for Gabriel's win but show was on the weak side.

I reviewed Main Event here:

It had:
Big Show vs The Uso's
Big Show vs Khali
Big Show vs Brodus Clay
Justin Gabriel vs Titus O'Neil

Overall thoughts: Gabriel's match was good but the three Big Show matches were the types of Big Show matches I usually don't like.

I'm kinda shocked WWE is using Titus like this. He's charismatic, actually funny, like JBL funny, and a polite sociable guy who has done his bit for charity. With Young injured I would be pushing this guy into the midcard already.

I like that Clay and Khali got the daylights knocked out of them, but the Big Show running from the Miz was garbage.

I know, it's weird it's like when Gabriel beat Cesaro and it went nowhere just like this will.

It was still cool because it was real unexpected and I like JG.

Big Show/Usos had some nice spots, but it was just a squash. Show/Clay was pretty basic and it was too long, and Show/Khali was a very slow and bad match for me.

Titus/Gabriel was a very good match, really loved Titus here. This should have been at RAW, but anyway nice match.

This week apart from the main-event the show was bad, just bad

I liked the Gabriel win, but does anyone think there was any racial overtones in that backstage promo leading to the match?
Recap: While Matt Striker was interviewing the "only South African superstar in the WWE" Justin Gabriel, Titus interrupts, looks at Gabriel and says "African??" and then points to the skin on his arm and says "No. THIS is African"

They've done this before. In FCW Kruger went up to AW, when AW was a face, and said that he was more African than he would ever be.
