No way. He's #1 one on the list.
Only ones that mattered, at the time, were:
1st IC reign (new fresh face and all that jazz)
1st US reign (getting a nice singles rub for the first real time)
Tag Title run w/Evan Bourne (this was actually good. it worked)
rest were fleeting, pointless, transitional or there along for the ride because he was partners w/CM Punk.

If you advertise a title change it actually gives people MORE incentive to tune in. Everybody is just gonna assume, like I did, that because Kofi won on Raw, Miz would retain at Main Event, but if you give away that the title is changing, there's more reason to watch the match instead of just being content with watching the one that people saw on Raw, since it probably wouldn't be much different of a match anyway.
