I've never listened to The Distillers before, but I've just heard Drain The Blood and I liked it. I'm gonna check out something more from them.

I'm not quite sure what you're into but for me personally the older stuff was much better. Had more of an edgy punk vibe, songs were way more catchy. These days they're a completely different band, playing more of a bland rock style or at least from as much as I've heard.
