"Raising awareness" my ass. Of course, you weren't even alive when Snoop came out, so your cluelessness is explainable. You really need to sit down on this shit though. Enough is enough, gotdamn.
And you are from New York....what the fuck would you even know about what on in the West Coast with Police brutality? Seriously, it's hard to take you seriously when you don't even acknowledge Eminem as one of the greatest rappers of all time. Snoop, Dre, Tupac...they all gave a voice to the broken down urban neighbour hoods..ffs, the LA riots didn't happen for no reason. N.W.A, Snoop, Tupac etc. were far ahead of their time.

"Killing motherfuckers" It's story telling dude..come on now, that is all fiction, it's a part of a song and it's lyrical themes.

You honestly have a weird bias towards some rappers.[/quote]

I love Snoop. He's always been dope to me. He ain't about shit in his rhymes. He was on trial for accessory to murder. Fiction met reality.

Here you go again telling stories about shit that happened when you were in diapers to someone who was living and breathing this hip hop shit at the time. LOL at you telling me about the LA riots and police brutality. Fuck outta here. That wasn't just an LA issue/story, it was(is) a BLACK issue. You black? Need to stop with that lecturing bullshit about a decade you don't even remember, especially when you're talking to a motherfucker who experienced all that.

Eminem's albums suck. If you like them, good for you. I happen to know they suck. *Shrug*

Realest Wayne song ever IMO. Wish we could hear more of this serious side of him.

Take away the football team, the basketball team

No Governor, no help from the Mayor
Just a steady beatin heart and a wish and a prayer

I don't like when he gets lazy cause he's shown he can easily write some meaningful, witty lyrics.

Think Hopsin is better than Lil Wayne from 05-08 in any way
Not acknowledging J.Cole or Big Krit or A$AP Rocky or Joey Bada$$ or any other new school rapper besides Hopsin

I was right with you a year ago. Fuck Lil Wayne fuck Drake fuck the mainstream Jay Z sold out! Etc, but I changed my views
Snoop wasn't as well known but he was on the tip of the West Coast Hip Hop movement. Dre didn't have the Chronic hit around that time but he was in this group with guys called Ice Cube, Eazy E, MC Ren...I think it was ummm N..W...umm, what was the last letter? Ah, you know the group. The same group thatw as the first one ever to address police brutality with a song called "Fuck the Police" and a plenty more.

2pac had songs like "Trapped" and "Young Black Male" which addressed the mentioned topics.

I'm not calling Ocean a "rapper" I'm mentioning that he is a part of a new music movement at the moment. He does have Hip Hop attached to him being apart of Odd Future. So calling Lamar "decent" is bad? Righto.

Hopsin has far better skill than Lil Wayne, are you like deaf or something..semi deaf at least?

I did somewhat acknowledge those rappers, in terms of them being a part of a new movement.

You changed your views? Really? That's a shame.

Trapped and Young Black Male came out before the LA Riots.

I can understand 2Pac but how the hell did Snoop & Dre give a voice to the people in the hood? They were talking about the same shit that was getting people killed and majority of the stuff they talked about wasn't positive, nothing like what 2Pac was rapping about at the time.

Hopsin has more skill than 05-08 Wayne?

Tha Carter II
Da Drought 3
Dedication II
Even Tha Carter III

Are all better than album/mixtape Hopsin has ever released.

No, Hopsin doesn't have better "skill". What's Hopsins potential? Whining about how he isn't noticed? Namedropping The Game for Wearing Contacts in a music video and claiming Game ripped him off? Namedropping Tyler the Creator with the ultimate Ether line of "It sucks so much I get blowjobs from it" and didn't even get a respone??. Being forced in 90% of his discography? Talking about the Illuminati to get himself seen?

Let's not get into talent with Wayne. What, have you only listened to him from 2010 on? If so, I'd completely agree with you. And yes, calling Kendrick "decent" is bad when you're saying Hopsin is "good". Have you listened to Section 80? Good kid mad city? Overely Dedicated? No Sleep Till NYC (with Jay Rock). I've listened to all of Hopsin's albums and singles (Hop Madness, fucking LOL), have you? And by the way, Hopsin made a song with B.O.B, you can't get much more mainstream than that.

I asked you before to find me a Hopsin album better than Tha Carter 2. Hopsin has 2 released albums, both released at an older age than Wayne was, are those better than TC2? And, even though Ill Mind of Hopsin 5 is amazing, he Got sonned by Mysonne on his own song, then offered to appear in the video for it!

Find me a better Hopsin album or mixtape than:
The Warm Up
Live from the Underground
Good Kid, Mad City
Section 80
Tha Carter 2
4Eva N A Day

And until you listened to all of them, don't answer that.

More shit you're wrong about. You can't possibly have any appreciation for the context of any of this shit, just stop. Dre DID have the Chronic hit not real long after the riots. NWA was OVER by that time, and Cube had been gone from the group for years.

This shit mankes no sense, a 19 year old wanting to tell everyone all about shit that happened before he was born. WHY???

2pac was born in NY, spent some childhood years in Baltimore, and was in Oakland at the time those songs came out. What the FUCK he know about the LA riots and police brutality. Right? Be consistent. That's what you said to me, because I didn't live in LA.

Oh, but you know Pac was shouting out LA at some point in the 90's....96, 91, what's the difference?

Again, no context at all.

I agree on No Ceilings being his last good project.

I've never heard Blow, I didn't know they had a project to come out together.

They should've just dropped I Can't Feel My Face in 08 and got it over with. No one's checking for that shit now. It's never coming out anyway, can't recall the last time I even heard the two on a song together.
