Cruel Summer is okay if not a little disappointing,
The One, Mercy, New Gold Flow, I Don't Like and Clique are solid but i heard 3 of those before the album dropped so just 2 new tracks impressed me.
It didn't have the grand feel i thought it would and just felt like a well produced mixtape, showcasing some talents. Big Sean kills it most of the time, Pusha grew on me throughout this album but Cudi didn't show me anything compared to his solo album which was a fun ride.
Very late to the party but Ab-Soul's album is fucking great, he and Lamar will be everywhere soon.
This J. Cole-Diggy beef is stupid as hell. J. Cole needs to just ignore this little kid. Diggy saying J. Cole dissed him because he's jealous that Diggy has a relationship with his father unlike Cole? No you premature dumbfuck, J. Cole dissed you because you dissed him. The whole reason this "beef" started is idiotic, as if you know what your sister did while she was in college. And even then, J. Cole never mentioned anything about his sister, all he did was talk about him smashing a girl in college who was a reverend's daughter.
Just wondering did anybody here like Chamillionaire? Dude had some pretty good lyrics than just basically disappeared.
After the failed attempts by Lil Flip, Lil Troy and Scarface making less & less music, I just knew that Texas was going to make some serious noise. But, IDK what happened and Bun B remains the 1 holding it together, with Trae The Truth coming hard.
Wasn't really a fan of Slim Thug outside of his early Swishahouse days but between Chamillionaire, Rasaq & Yung Ro, I thought Houston was back.
