My point exactly.

Ross wasn't/isn't a threat though. 50 took an L because he pulled out all the stops to end his career and it failed. People don't think Ross is "real" now but it doesn't matter, as much as I dislike him he just sold 218k week one, a gold album, and is more relevant than 50 is right now in music and has been for 3 years now. Street King Immortal has no hype besides white people in the suburbs or on twitter, fucking Meek Mill has more buzz. Would be really shocked if he does 150k week one

50 had the upper hand in so many beefs that he got comfortable and thought he could "end his career" with a couple of his youtube vids and disses and shit. The usual stuff. Shit like that works, if you're relevant. Which he wasn't. When the Ross beef started he had already fallen off pretty much. He just didn't realize it until he took an L to one of the fakest dudes in the game.
50's biggest flaw of all has to be not adapting to the rap game and pretty much refusing to work with anyone else. Only when it's too damn late is he trying to collaborate with other artists like Wiz. Him rising up again is just unlikely at this point. He doesn't have his Dre/Em safety net anymore.
In short, he's completely out of touch with today's Hip Hop fans.

what a joke, no idea how people thought she'd do anything based off one hot single that was released a year ago. 550k twitter followers? Ok, Diddy has 8 million something and Chris Brown has like 11 million, how'd their albums do?

Eminem didn't need to because no one wanted to fuck with Eminem. Why else do you think so many people took his side in beefs? lol A lot of dudes flat out refuse to beef with him, they say it in interviews.
Eminem didn't need to diss any top guy because they wanted to work with him, he was just a troll thats what he was about. He trolled people before it became popular. Honestly no one has started beefs except for irrelevant guys like Benzino and Ja Rule(remember he dissed his daughter). Eminem is known for out doing people on their own tracks when he does a feature , he just has a lot of respect I say

Re: Hip Hop Discussion Thread
Eminem admitted in one of his songs that he made a diss song about Lil Wayne around the time Wayne really started to blow up, like around 2007-08, but he never released the song because he said Wayne would've destroyed him.
