3,700 apparently.

Dumb bitch. When I read that it made my day. When that Fendi Fendi Prada song blew up I legit got scared for the future of the youth. Watching her interviews is always entertaining though. lol

For no reason at all, I've come upon the realization that Will Smith is the "realest" rapper to ever live. Think about it...

-Stayed in his own lane
-Never "sold out"
-Is actually SUPER intelligent and thought provoking
-Actually has a purpose in this life and has something positive to offer the youth
-Is actually about what he represents

It's shocking when you think about it, but through and through Will Smith is a pretty legit guy.

Gunplay must be on something, daily; hourly.. And I have always felt that way about Will Smith.

the term "sell-out" in rap is misleading and not a lot of people seem to use it right

My genres of music is mainly Punk Rock, Pop Punk, Heavy Metal, Alternative etc. but I guess it's time I tried listening to something new, just to see what some tunes are like LOL.

Always kinda liked some of Tupac though, but I've only heard a few of his. Biggie and Snoop Dogg too.
Wu Tang Clan- Enter the 36 Chambers album

Yeah. It was always funny to me when people would diss Will Smith for being "soft" or "fake" or some stupid shit like that. And it was usually a lot of wannabe's saying that shit.....people who've done no dirt themselves but will only listen to rappers who rap about dirt. Just ass backwards thinking.

I mean, if you don't like his music, you don't like it. But the insults a lot of people had for Will were just dumb and ignorant. Will never really tried to be anything he's not in his music.

And while I don't like a large volume of his music.....Summertime and Brand New Funk are two of the best rap songs ever.

I also thought it was real cool of Will to do what he did with "So Fresh", exposing a new generation to legends. That was like 2000, and he was one of the biggest stars in the world(movie wise), and he puts out a single and video featuring Slick Rick, Biz Markie, and Jazzy Jeff(who were all 10 years past being big name stars), on some old school shit. And it was a great song, on top of that.

Meanwhile Eminem was talking shit, acting like a tough guy because he uses profanity. LOL. I think if it came down to it, we all know Will could kick Eminem's ass. But Em curses so he's hard!

That pretty much was most of GOOD. I don't see how MMG is terrible, People hear Self Made 2 and critcize the whole group. Listen to I don't know some of Wale's solo music before Ambition and you'll find songs like Shades, Listen to more Stalley too.

This, people say Jay-Z is a sellout, Why because he went famous and stopped talking about his rough past. 1. Rappers still neeed to make money and going mainstream ensures that happens, and 2. He's 40 and he's rich as hell now, He's not going to be talking about when he used to sling rocks back in the 80s.
