That last track, I don't know what it is with Banks verse but that's probably my favorite Banks verse right now. I have that track on replay just for his verse, it might not even be his best verse on the album (I'd give that to Straight Outta Southside or T.O.S.), so I don't know why I like it so much. I was also shocked as fuck listening to the album, 16 tracks and I only had to replace 2 with the No-Yayo edition tracks (yes, someone actually made it. Complete with Yayo being photoshopped out of the cover ). Album isn't great or anything (7/10, tracks 6, 9, and 13 are recycle bin), but it has some hard tracks and it didn't deserve the negative reviews I got.
LMAO, I remember the No Yayo version of TOS, I actually downloaded that. TOS was a decent album, just something about it that didn't have me hooked on it. Same with their first group album.
But I fucks with Lloyd Banks mixtapes, liked them better than his albums. (see Joe Budden)

Lloyd Banks verse that I'm fuckin with ATM..

We like the neptunes, just different teams
We both move around with clips, and they spit 16's

Not sure if I've asked this before, but something's been on my mind for awhile. Do you think Andre 3000 has a top 10 or higher claim? Not necessarily if YOU place him there, but if he has a claim. It's no secret that he's one of the most skilled MCs of all time, but his lack of solo albums kinda hurts him. At the same time though, he put in a LOT of work with Big Boi, and it's not like he's sharing the spotlight with 8 other people in Outkast. So yeah, thoughts?

Talent/charisma draws. Not size.

I have Andre in my top 5, personally.

Dope lyricist, versatile as hell, and while he only has one solo album, I feel that his body of work with Outkast is enough.

I'm not mad at if someone puts him there. I don't put him there though.

I haven't listened to Beg For Mercy in awhile, but I remember the album being dope outside of a few songs. The intro>>>>>>>>>>>>. And H4M/H4M2 are both dope albums, but agreed. Cold Corner 2 is Banks best project.

What LB said, I don't have him there but he has an argument

for 2012 he was, Wayne really didn't do much in 2012. Meek was hotter than Sean also.

P.S.

Dope as hell freestyle by the way. No one was messing with the East Coast in the 90s, Biggie, Big L, Jay-Z, Nas, Mobb-Deep, The Wu.

Wayne didn't do much in 2012, except:
Be on 2 top 40 singles
1 single in #10 on the R&B/Rap Chart
Featured on a top 30 single that went gold
Featured on another top 50 single and a top 10 single on the rap charts

My Homies Still and Bands Will Make Her Dance were hotter than anything Meek was on

That's true. Forgot about those songs
