Um....what? They were both heavily outspoken and didn't take shit from anyone...how can you two not see that?

Tupac was outspoken but he had a purpose. He focused on social issues. Eminem was outspoken just so he could be edgy and be controversial.

A white guy straight from the ghettos of Detroit who didn't give a fuck? Who wouldn't milk that until it's dry?

I think the Em/Pac comparisons are only made because of their status in the game. Both were/are two of the defining rappers of their generation and are both usually in most top 10s.

In terms of their music, they're nothing alike.

2Pac was outspoken about real social ills, in a way that most "superstars" would never dream of being. 2Pac beefed with rappers and gangsters and policemen......some of who can and did kill him.

Eminem was outspoken about.......nothing important or beyond the scope of himself. He just whined about his life a lot like a dramatic teen. "i'm famous and now fans bother me with too much attention!". LOL at Eminem "not taking shit from anyone"......he picked fights with girls and boy bands and puppet dogs.

And both had drug addicted mothers with obvious problems......Pac made a song about loving his mom no matter what, Eminem trashed his mom repeatedly and put all her issues out for the world to know. Nice. Real high character guy right there.

There is literally NOTHING alike between them.

Of course not, I'm talking about that phoned-in verse where he sounds like he's been drinking heavily. I'm yet to hear a beat by Erick that's wack. Easily a top 10 GOAT producer in hip-hop.

LOL. Honestly, his verse isn't that much different from a lot of his verses. Uses "like" a lot, name checks, basic rhyme scheme, briefly singing a line from an old song....he did those things a lot.

But yeah, he want off the rails a little with the "heeeeeeey! Eriiiick Sermon!" LOL. Speaking of Pac, that "heeeey" part was sampled on Pac's Temptations!
