Of all time, of course, but in 2013? Not after the complete whackness of I Am the West and The Seventh Seal. Those were both nothing short of terrible.
I agree but you said Budden "at his best" is top 5 alive, and we both know that Budden at his best was 6 or 7 years ago. Even then, I find MM2 to be the most overrated tape of all time. Not to say it isn't great, but best mixtape ever? Nah. Budden "at his best" in 2013 really isn't anything special.

Just done listening to Ice Cube's Kill at Will. Fucking masterpeice, Cube was going crazy. Can't stop listening to Jackin' for Beats and Dead Homiez. How the hell can you make a classic with just 7 tracks! I gotta admit,i was one of the guys who couldn't listen to songs without good beats and whole album. But after Amerikkka's most wanted i became huge fan!!! I Just wanna listen to a rap album now lol! any suggestions!?!

honestly, Straight Outta Compton, Amerikkka's Most Wanted, and Death Certificate are all enough to seal his legacy as one of the GOATs (if not the GOAT)
we are talking about prime days

Nah, I was discussing right at this second, based on what I think the capacity of Joe's abilities are, from stuff like Mood Muzik 4.

I gave up on Joe Budden after he released Padded Room, use to mark for him back in his Mood Music 2/3 til early Slaughterhouse days.
But anyways, back in this bitch with that melo shit that I'm currently bumpin atm.
Coz it's FANTASTIC!!
p.s to the earlier poster who ask for music suggestions, you should name what kind of hip hop you're into and I'll help you out coz I listen to it all.

As individual rappers, I love Royce, Budden and Ortiz (I think Crooked is boring), but together, they just don't seem to click very well. Their debut album was kinda lackluster, and imo Welcome to Our House was horrible.
