LOL, that picture's gotta be like 25 years old.

Kane will be able to rap forever.

I don't give a shit what anyone says, Kane is top 5 ever. He just simply raps better than 99.9999% of everybody. Like almost everyone else from that era he doesn't have the deep discography that rappers who dropped just a few years later have......but that's the way it was back then. Different game. Cats were 25 and "old" because things changed so fast and fans would be on to some new shit. LL was like the only one who had a long career at a star level.

Can just imagine when guys like KRS, Kane, Slick Rick, Kool G & Rakim came out. Bet all the guys rapping on the corner was like "We gotta step our shit up now"

While College Dropout features some of Kanye's best work, Ready to Die is simply put, better, Biggie with outrageous flow as always, imo.

Talent/charisma draws. Not size.

Re: Hip Hop Discussion Thread

No Love Lost from Budden get's a 6/10 and that's being generous. Doesn't change his flow up once on the album except on Ghetto Burbs, and all of the great verses are from his features (Banks, Joell, & 5'9 to be specific". And N.B.A. is a candidate for worst song of 2013 so far, awful. Only songs that stood out to me were:
You and I
Castles
Last Day
No Love Lost
Runaway
