Like I said before, irrelevant is someone like Plies. 50 Cent. Fat Joe. Nelly. Big Boi. Shawty Lo. Ace Hood. T-Pain. Guys like that. 3K is still very relevant in the rap world.

Plies....LOL, reminds me of this. I laughed then(so did the guy asking the question), and still laugh thinking about Y2J listening to Plies.

Would've never thought Y2J would be the type to listen to Plies. You just never know.

Yeah, but it just sucks seeing Big Boi in the same category as T-Pain.

Re: Hip Hop Discussion Thread

I've come to the conclusion Jay Electronica's album will never come out.

Danny Brown dropping an album

LOL at M.I.A. being in the top 10. Her career began and ended with Paper Planes.

Re: Hip Hop Discussion Thread

A$AP might find this entertaining.

Thoughts on Lost Jewlry? After my first spin I'm handing it a 7.5/8. Only a few tracks really stood out to me. I liked it though. Gonna give it another listen later. Chef still does his thing.

Re: Hip Hop Discussion Thread

I think M.I.A.'s dope. Those first two joints are borderline classic to me. She's like a thugged-out Santigold.

As for Lost Jewlry, it's pretty much like every other Raekwon album without 'Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...' in the title: solid, not much to complain about, but not much that really stands out either. Good overall, but I'm probably gonna forget it exists at some point within the next 3 months.

Talent/charisma draws. Not size.
