Me personally, I think Nas is the GOAT.

As for my favorite rappers currently out, as in the younger generation, I'd go Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, J. Cole, Big K.R.I.T. & Curren$y. I'd go Wiz too even though he seems to have fell off lately.

YMCMB run the white high school girl segment of the hip hop fanbase. So if that's your lane, cool. They are barely a blip in my segment.

And realize it or not, shit is SO segmented these days that it doesn't really matter. It ain't like back in the days. Nobody watches videos on TV or listens to the radio like they used to......it's all youtube, ipods, spotify, pandora........and the listener chooses who runs shit in those lanes.

Even Wayne's fans know he's not as good as he was. He peaked awhile ago.

Best rappers to me right now? Nas, Killer Mike, Big KRIT, Kendrick Lamar, Phonte, Curren$y to name a few.

Wayne hasn't dropped a good album/mixtape since No Ceilings in 09

Wayne at his best (2005 to 2008ish IMO), he was dope. Da Drought 3 is one of my top 5 favorite mixtapes ever, Carter II was played heavily in my rotation when it first dropped. But Wayne now is just terrible.

LOL, what? I continue to disagree with you. I don't think Jay-Z even thinks he won. LOL. I have no idea why people still talk about it so much though. It's like the Bret Hart-Shawn Michaels thing......both guys involved's careers are so much bigger than the beef, but a lot of people still want to only focus on the beef years later. I don't get it.

As far as Nas squashing it......they both squashed it, and they both probably had their reasons for doing so.
