I was cringing when I heard him on The Carter 4 outro. He could spit the best rhymes of his career and it won't matter
I also should point out that with Jada and The Lox.....jumping from Bad Boy in '97 to clicking up with Ruff Ryders a few years later would be like jumping from the Lakers in 2010 to the Heat in 2012.....jumping from a superpower that was on top but about to die, to the next superpower and most popular thing around(except Bad Boy never got their D12 and Nash to retool). That worked out quite nicely for the Lox.

And I'm not saying that's why they did it, but Bad Boy was pretty much done, and DMX and Ruff Ryders were the new kings. It's not like Jada went through label bullshit and ended up on Koch, he ended up with the NEW hottest crew.

Speaking of Shyne and prison rape, He seems like a retaliant dude, Why didn't he ever fight off the prison rape attempts?

MC EIht being on m.a.a.d city was dope as hell, the guy is one of the most underrated rappers of the 80's and 90's

glad Kendrick is collaborating with GOATs like the Menace

the track is ace, bumping it as we speak , I love the production and beat, especially the G-funk tempo at the last part when Ken's voice changes .. fucking dope

Yeah, We'll Always Love Big Poppa was easily the better song. Too many lines that were just real as hell, in that song.

That song is incredible, I lost my shit on the beat change and Eiht coming in with his classic "wake yo' punk ass up". Had no idea that was coming.

The first part is great, but the 2nd.......damn.

There's a Twitter rumor going around that Roscoe Dash leaked Meek Mill's album.

I don't know how true that is but I know the two haven't been getting along lately...

I love both "We'll Always Love Big Poppa" and "Missing You". It just depends on what you're feeling at the time. Missing You has a softer, almost RNB type feel to it whereas We'll Always Love Big Poppa is slightly harder and undoubtedly a rap tune. Plus, Missing You has two of Big's closest individuals on the same track. Can't get more personal than that.

Both fantastic tributes in my opinion.

Finally got a chance to really listen to GKMC all the way through. It's a REALLY, REALLY good album, but I don't think it's a classic like most claim. Backseat freestyle is a skip. Keeps repeating the same lines and when he starts yelling "beotch" over and over, I'm done. Good Kid, Real, and Now or Never are ok. The rest are amazing though. Easily my album of the year.

Easily. Everything about it just felt like more of a tribute whereas I'll Be Missing You was just Diddy's personal goodbye.
