Re: Official R&B Music Discussion Thread

Yeah I figured that there was another Ciara song I liked but couldn't put my finger on it. Oh was a pretty good song.

My personal favorite Ciara video...

I also agree she is one of the best dancers in the game (male or female period) along with Chris Brown.
Haha, yeah that's a memorable scene for sure.

Anyone hear Eyes Like Sky by F.Ocean? He dropped it last month.. It's different than some of his other tracks but I really like it.

Anyway, woke up with this song in my head this morning (kinda nice how it fits in with Missy and the 90's fix)

Re: Official R&B Music Discussion Thread

Just stumbled upon this on the R&B soul channel. I'm digging the vibe of this song. Sounds like it can be played in a poetry/jazz nightclub.

Saw this picture on Facebook with two top current singers:

JT and Frank should collaborate on a track or two imo.

Also, I'm blasting this shit right now. Was into this song 10 years ago when I first heard it and still good today:

Absolutely loved JT's album.

Spaceship Coupe, Strawberry Bubblegum, Don't Hold the Wall and Mirrors are my favorites.

Re: Official R&B Music Discussion Thread

20/20 Experience is a fine album that mixes several genres very well - Pop, R&B/Soul, and even Latin. My biggest surprise was Let the Groove Get In. I was not expecting to like that song but I love it and listen to it all the time when I go to the gym. Pusher Love Girl and That Girl are also good R&B/Soul tracks. Love the songs you already named Notorious. JT & Timbaland did great on the production.

Re: Official R&B Music Discussion Thread

Yeah I like "That Girl" as well.

Overall it's a great album but I still like FutureSex/LoveSounds more at the moment.
