A favorite right now. I love the chorus. It's really smooth. Drake sampled this for a song. (It's terrible)

Nice.. I gotta listen to more Kenny Lattimore. He's not on the level of other R&B stars but he's tolerable and holds his own.

Which song out of the three do you guys think is the best? It's the same exact song sung by three different artists:

First the original:

Jon B's version

Kenny's version

Jeff > Kenny > Jon

I like the instrumentation of the song better in the original and I felt Jeff's falsetto performance of the lyric more. Not taking anything away from the other two but in the first video the song sounded more intimate to me. With that said, I think Kenny's version has the better vocal dynamics (runs, ad-libs, etc.) and probably overall the better vocal performance. Jon was sensual in his own right though.

I used to have the biggest crush on Aaliyah. I wasn't obsessed like Drake though.

Drake is infatuated with Aaliyah. I guess he grew up with a mad crush on her like we did. I don't know about his new song(s) with her but that's his business.

I Care 4 U may be the most emotional Aaliyah song ever for me. Probably my favorite along with One In A Million and 4 Page Letter. They way she emotes in this song is sad and beautiful at the same time.
