Funny you should say that. Welcome To Sky Valley is one of my five inductees for tomorrow.

Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner. Welcome To Sky Valley is the correct answer. We would also have accepted ...And The Circus Leaves Town.
Blues for the Red Sun was amazing in it's own right but doesn't compare the the band's refined/produced sound.

Got both of those, good shouts, though.

As far as hip hop goes, I'm a huge fan of the first Big L album. Just amazing.

Kyuss are cool, Sky Valley's the best in my mind, too.

If anyone likes hardcore, it's worth checking out Downsided by No Comment. 11 songs, less than 8 minutes, unmeasurable quantities of awesome.

Best induction of the new ones- Burritos, Inspiration Point, Fork Balloon Sports, Cards In The Spokes, Automatic Biographies, Kites, Kung Fu, Trophies, Banana Peels We've Slipped On and Egg Shells We've Tippy Toed Over. And yes, I've memorised that. Cap'n Jazz are awesome.

Kyuss is another good choice, and Strung Out are cool but a band I never really got into (stores around here never really carried their records when I was big into Fat/Epitaph stuff). I may give them a try now.

For anyone that's into really heavy shit, the Magrudergrind s/t is awesome. Well worth checking out if you like, well, grind. But there's a really big hip hop influence on the record, too, surprisingly.

Good list. I'd add No Need For Alarm by Del The Funky Homosapien, Criminal Minded by Boogie Down Productions, Critical Beatdown by Ultramagnetic MCs, Breaking Atoms by Main Source and, again, the first Big L album because it's amazing and underrated as hell, in my book (or at least, not talked about/listened to enough).

Good list, a lot of stuff I was going to induct long term. Paul's Boutique was gonna happen this time around but I bumped it for Cap n Jazz.
