Not really feeling this track a whole lot. The vocalist puts up a fair effort, the melodies seem relatively catchy (moreso in the beginning when there's some really head-bobby rifts), and the songwriting is alright as well. But these are the issue: there's something missing in each of them, some sort of pizazz. I interpret this song as something to listen to in the background; I can't find myself getting into it as a song to listen to alone. 6/10
I just stumbled upon this video about 20 minutes ago. A post-metal band from Calgary dubbed Atomis. Color me impressed! It's almost as if Dream Theater and The Deftones had a baby...Plus the video is delightful treat for the eyes and mind. Enjoy.
