Re: Pop Music Discussion Thread

A bit too short if a snippet to weigh in my judgment, but from what has been previewed, I think I'll come to like this song. Expect "Venus" to be the next Artpop single by the end of the month. I don't know how to feel about that either, since the only available leaks are fucking low quality.

As I've explored through the wondrous discography of Disclosure, "Flow" has really become my favorite track from the duo. Been jamming to that and Dawn Richard's "Faith" for the past week.

Most androgynous song ever.

I can support that.

to this and Heaven which precedes Faith. The heart beat and those drums on Heaven tho ... "I burn them bitches down"

Yesterday I listened to JT's True Blood as I ran the track at my park. It was a great nine and half minutes.

Much gratitude to

Re: Pop Music Discussion Thread

JT has a nine minute track? Named True Blood? I dislike all of his work, but maybe I may have to give that one a listen.

This Gaga album is going to be all over the place. Which I am using as a positive. Each song has a different vibe & flow to it so far. Much more than Born This Way off a quick judging. Aura is super slick - so good.

Disclosure are great. I even like their radio tracks and I usually HATE modern radio tracks. Flow is awesome indeed. Their Jessie Ware "Runnin" remix is my shit.

Re: Pop Music Discussion Thread

Just listened to 20/20 Part 2 finally, I think I like it better than part one. I could have done without Amnesia & Pair Of Wings though.

If I had to make a "Best Of" for both:

1. Gimme What I Don't Know
2. Suit & Tie
3. Cabaret
4. TKO
5. Take Back The Night
6. Murder
7. Pusher Love Girl
8. You Got It On
9. Tunnel Vision
10. Only When I Walk Away
11. Spaceship Coupe
12. Mirrors
Bonus Tracks:
Blindness
Don't Hold The Wall

Is Gaga even relevant in 2013?
