Re: Official Rock/Metal Discussion Thread
so stoked
theres vids on youtube of full gigs from the legacy shows he did last year, starts with 30 mins of Samhain, then the lights go down, crimson skull backdrop comes up, Doyle comes out and they kick into Death Comes Ripping - yes fucking please!! 30 mins of classics then 30 mins of Danzig to finish. I guess this'll be the same without the Samhain bit, which wouldve been nice but whatever.
Now if I can just find a way to see King Diamond at one of his summer gigs too.

Sweet fancy moses. Enter Shikari is coming through California in March. Only $13 bucks for reserved tickets too.

I'll vouch for the Shai Hulud album. Good stuff.

So strange you say this. I used to see them play every month down my local for next to nothing around a decade ago. Never thought they'd be as big as they are now. Good for them.

New Nails is absolutely insane.
New Suffo is disappointing, probably their worst to date.

Boss.
That's one perk I would enjoyed if I had the chance. Goes to show you never know which local talent could find a bit of success.

Re: Official Rock/Metal Discussion Thread
Oh my fuck! The new Soilwork album is absolutely phenomenal. It's a very early contender for album of the year and definitely the best thing they've ever released. Can't recommend it enough, no matter what kinda metal you're into, this has something for everyone.
