The first single from Dead By Sunrise is available on their Myspace link provided below. The single, Crawl Back In will have a video release soon but here is the track for your listening pleasure.

It sounds like 90's grunge with a bit of metal/rock added in with some electronic sounds in the background in the middle part. I also love the small guitar solo towards the end to build up the final chorus; plus this song has a catchy hook. The lyrics are alright but overall, this song could do well. I recommend anyone to listen to it; nothing like Linkin Park's Minutes To Midnight sound. Rockhead, I think you might like it.

Enjoy.

Like Chester couldn't have just made that a LP song? I hope the reason he has this regular rock side project so that LP can resume their original style

Chester stated that when he was writing the material for his side project, it didn't fit with any of the tracks for Minutes To Midnight. Plus, this album tells the story of dark and light (his problems and then overcoming them and meeting his second wife, etc) and thus, didn't really fit with the whole theme of Minutes To Midnight. To me, this song doesn't feel like a typical Linkin Park song whatsoever. Even from the previews of Fire and Let Down, they sound totally different from the usual LP song.

Plus, Linkin Park's new album is out in early 2010 but in regards to how that will sound; I have no idea. All I know is it may be a concept album and will be darker and has a more rock/electronic/pop sound to it. Also, Rick Rubin is producing their 4th album.

I'd love to see it for Baroness, FMN, Meshuggah, and Isis. Too bad it's so far away.

When I first heard Rock'n'Roll Train, or whatever it's called, it was on the oldies station. They were playing something new for a change and I had no idea, I thought it was one of their old songs from 10-15 years ago.

I have my tickets to see them next year.

AC/DC own.

Really into TNT atm.

Airbourne sound pretty similar to AC/DC and their album, Runnin' Wild, was pretty great too, imho.

Similar? Airbourne sound exactly the same! It's like Oasis sounding like The Beatles.

I'm not a huge AC/DC fan. While I do have all of their albums on my PC I don't listen to much of them. The Razor's Edge would be my favorite song of theirs.

Rajah are you rich or do you just know of some amazing site for free music?

Cause I've noticed what you just said about owning every AC/DC album and once you said you have 3 Trivium albums and that you haven't even listened to them much so it would seem you are either insanely rich and super into music , or that you must know of like the greatest free music site in existance?

I know theres stuff like pirate bay but that kinda scares me , viruses and spyware and adware and the risk of lawsuits and everything

I listen to them a lot while I'm on the bus or train. My favorite songs are Back In Black/Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap

Listening to Airbourne atm. Rock like this is gods gift to earth.
