^ Brothaz Bent - Up From the Desert
Underground hip hop with some rather far reaching/interesting beats. In particular, I can hear 70s prog rock.

Sun Ra - Atlantis
It's great and everybody should listen to it a least once a week. Twice a week if you're on vacation.

Re: Last album you listened to?

Linkin Park - Living Things
I got done listening to the new Linkin Park album, Livings Things. Holy shit, what a fantastic album! When A Thousand Suns came out, I was shocked by how different it was and the lack of guitars (that were mostly pushed in the background) and when Linkin Park said they'd bring back the energy of their earlier work on this album, I was excited but I still wanted that experimentation from A Thousand Suns to continue and boy, did it.
This album should appeal to fans of their earlier albums but also appease the fans who like their most recent work. You have tracks like Lost In The Echo, In My Remains, I'll Be Gone, Lies Greed Misery and Victimized that could all feature on Hybrid Theory and then you have the folk influenced Roads Untraveled and Castle Of Glass that could be on A Thousand Suns. There's also tracks that have a little bit of a Minutes To Midnight influence on them. This album really combines the sounds and genres of their four albums and meshes them all together, adding a little extra ingredient (in this case folk/country) to create Living Things and what an album it is.
Practically all the songs are catchy, the lyrics are some of their best work and the fact that Mike Shinoda's raps are featured a lot more (he was on A Thousand Suns singing but here he raps a lot more) and Chester brings back his trademark screams makes this an unforgettable album for me personally. Also, I'm glad Brad is more prominent on the guitar in this album and the fact he sings at the end of Until It Breaks is awesome.
Finally, Powerless is such a beautiful and emotional track to close the album.
I'd rank this up there with Hybrid Theory.
Favourite Tracks: Lost In The Echo, I'll Be Gone, Castle of Glass, Roads Untraveled, Victimized and Powerless
Overall Rating: 10/10
