I actually listened to Blackout front to back when it came out, I dont think I've done that with any other Britney album. Not a fan of it, but it did have a few tracks I liked. Gimme More, I Got A Plan= Fire, fuego, flames. I think there were a couple others I liked too. As a comeback album though, it was not successful. It sold respectably for the time period but pretty much flopped as far as buzz/hits go.

Sleater Kinney - One Beat

There's so much I could write about this album. Penultimate album from one of the greatest rock bands of our generation? Yes. One of the first post 9/11 records to have something important to say about it? Yes. The first instance of Corin Tucker finally using her incredible to the very pinnacle of its ability? Yes.

But some things are better expressed in song:
Light Rail Coyote
Combat Rock
Sympathy - Live at Coachella

Dark Tranquillity - Damage Done

Due to my love for Arch enemy , The black dahlia murder , & Children of bodom I went on a search for more melodic death metal and in a sea mostly full of shit I found this regular clean water somewhere along the way

Dark Tranquillity is the closest thing to Arch enemy I can even think of , and thats a good thing

This CD is quality melodic death metal

I listened to it here :
http://music.myspace.com/index.cfm?f...lbumid=9642138

I intend to buy this album ASAP with other albums by them probably following relativley soon

Absolutley stunning album.
Listened to this yesterday and loved it. Some wicked smooth melodies and a bit of Hendrix inspired psychadelic stuff. Prince is a fucking god on the guitar, tends to be overlooked since he's a pop star.

easily one of the best pop albums of the last few years, seems slightly forgotten now. she's thankfully coming out with a new English speaking album next year, it's been too long.
