Yea Cam was on Hot97 and he freestyled over Its Going Down and called it the remix you know Dip Set its some way close to Bad Boy so I guess Puff didnt really care at the time. Yea its called I'm not a writer, I'm a Biter and its real old. Someone made that along time ago I think it was a mixtape DJ and Cam put it on the air on Hot97 so everyone could hear. The diss about Jay-Z wearing the open toe sandels was funny though.

Why would he have freestyled over its going down that is a horrible song and the beat is average it is nopthing special. Have not heard the lyrics so they might make it better.
