I'm as ready as I could be to mod a uPick. It'll probably take me about 2/3 days to create the set-up though so I'd like my sign up thread up fairly well in advance to give me a bit of time.

TBH if the list is short you should have your set-up in mind (if possible) when joining the list. Just a matter of writing role pm's - although generally you can tell which pm's have been written quickly/sloppily.
