You really think McClovin would be that obvious if he were scum with Kenny?

McClovin's behavior this past day phase doesn't strike me as scummy since his motive was to get a claim from Oompa before hammering Kenny. He seemed genuine in wanting to make the most of the day phase.

This is only his second game so I'd think he'd be more awkward as scum. I don't know if he's town but he hasn't striked me to be scum either.
