Maybe I'm not giving this enough thought, but surely the longer he doesn't post gives him time to think of a fake claim as well, especially if he reads through the thread and sees the mounting suspicion. Its not just a case of ending the day quickly giving him ample time, he could not post for hours on end if the day is running.

I think Shep's just coming across more concise in his argument. Kenny is confirmed scum and will be lynched, Taz has enough evidence and suspicion to warrant a claim to counter any accusations against him and the night lynching addition means any and all suspects can be eliminated there and then.

drawing out day will only annoy me and has little benefits. if he's scum then drawing out day will be the most disappointing 36 hours of mafia you will ever see.

having him claim during night under the threat of an instant night lynch would shake him more then a day where he knows he can't get lynched. the longer days goes the more time he has to defend himself.

I just see the possibility of Mikey saying he is suspect of Kenny being a reason to wait for Kenny to claim. We lost a town hider in Star Wars because we over reacted rather quickly, and I was certain Roy was scum then. I don't want to be kind of in the same situation and make the same mistake.
